Year 6 Athletics Competition

On Tuesday a team of 20 Year 6 children travelled to the EIS to take part in their heat of Sportshall Athletics. They competed against 6 other schools across a range of events such as throwing, jumping and running. They all competed fantastically, with some especially good examples of resilience, such as running without a shoe and getting back up after falls! We are incredibly pleased to say that, due to their hard work, they have qualified for the area final on Friday the 25th of November, where they will compete against the 5 other schools who qualified from the other heats.
