The History Van - Toys

After a very busy week, today we went back in time with Mrs Bland and her History Toy Van. The children had a fantastic time investigating toys from the Victorian times. They had chance to play with the toys, play team games and make peg dolls. Luckily, we managed to return to modern day in time for lunch!
Next week we are going on a local walk, as part of our Science unit on Pushes and Pulls. Y1S are going on Wednesday morning and Y1PL are going on Thursday afternoon, weather permitting. Please can you ensure that they have a warm coat in school that day as it is starting to get chilly.
