Where has this month gone?  The time has flown by in year two, as we have been working so hard and having so much fun!

In Numeracy we continued our work on 'Place Value' and used the power of nature to help us to understand the symbols <, > and =.



    


We have finally solved the mystery of the crime that took place in the woods last week.  If you see a ten year old girl, with long, blonde, wavy hair, wearing a blue, spotty dress and answering to the name of Goldilocks, you may have found our chief suspect! We 'hot seated' some of our witnesses (Daddy Bear, Mummy Bear, Baby Bear and the Milkman), with carefully written questions, to find out what they saw. We then wrote wanted posters, including careful descriptions of Goldilocks, in our Literacy lessons.  Hopefully a member of the public will spot her soon and report her to the police.
