Well another busy week in Y5.
In English we have been designing our very own Spy Gadgets. The children have produced some amazing ideas, they would impress 007!!
In Maths we have been working on Bar Modelling, trying to see the relationship between addition and subtraction. The children have create posters as well as solving calculations.
In topic we have continued to make our mayan masks. They are now ready for painting.
This week has been Anti-bullying week and we have done some work in class around bullying and the different types of bullying. The children were very mature and sensible and we had a great discussion. They then went on to creating bullying posters.
Thank you to all the parents who have attended parents evening this week, it has been lovely seeing you and discussing your child's progress in Y5. If you haven't already booked your parents evening slot there are still some times available for Wednesday 23rd November.
