Reading Buddies

This half-term, every child in Year 5 has been matched up with a child in Year 2 with the intention of listening to them read for 10 minutes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. So far, it has proved a massive success with the children and it is heart-warming to see the older pupils nurturing the younger children. We have plenty of photos coming, so keep your eyes peeled...
Speaking of photos, we had our class pictures taken today. The children were striking some brilliant poses (so were the teachers) and we're sure the end result will be brilliant.
