Fronted adverbials and an afternoon painting!

Today in literacy,the children generated Macbeth-based sentences containing fronted adverbials - adverbials which are at the 'front' of a sentence which help to modify the verbs in the main clause.

This afternoon(an example of a fronted adverbial), we painted (verb) our our Greek pots and theatre masks. They look great!
