The sunny weather finally hits Bradway!

Thursday 21 Apr 2016

Yesterday was glorious; it meant we could take some of our learning outside and enjoy the sunshine for the first time in AGES!

The children seemed to enjoy having the chance to create some Vincent Van Gogh inspired artwork in the sunshine although we were creating coastal pictures rather than sunflowers.

We also had the chance to generate our own relative clause-based sentences in preparation for the upcoming SPaG SATs tests.

In maths today, after covering reflection and translation for a few days, we moved onto 'MEAN NUMBERS' which it turns out are not quite as mean as they sound.

Can you work out the mean number for the distance in meters the teacher threw the javelin at the last sports day?

Mr Stockley - 43m
Mrs Wales - 65m
Mrs Heap - 34m
Mr Cooper - 3m
Mr Yates - 50 m
Miss Svoboda - 90m!!!
