War on the Playground!

Today the children attempted to attack and destroy each other on the school playground...
Don't worry thought, as it was only part of a maths lesson. We went back in time (to our Ancient Greece topic) and had a spear fight!
This enabled us to gain a greater understanding of parallel and perpendicular lines.
We had synchronised spear fights to show what these lines could look like in real-life (not just on paper).
We also undertook our science experiment which we had planned the previous week.
They were linked heart-rate and how exercise can effect it.
We will analyse and evaluate our findings next week.
